What I read today

2 Chronicles 24; Song of Songs 1-2; Joel 1; John 9; 2 Thessalonians 3; 1 Timothy 1

We’ve all done things we regret.  I would bet that most of us if we really thought long and hard would say there were decisions we’d like to take back.  The problem is that once those decisions are gone, they are usually gone for good.

Paul definitely, had made decisions he’d regretted.

But Paul clung to the promise that he’d received from Jesus that his sins were forgiven.  Those bad decisions and things he regretted were to be left in the past.  Paul stands as an example for each one of us.   Paul tells us to forget about what we’ve done, and focus on what Jesus has done for us.
